Are you insured?
Yes! Carrying current & relevant insurance coverage protects both us & our clients.
Do you require contracts?
Maintenance clients are not required to have a contract!
If we're working on a larger job such as a landscape installation, we will treat it simliar to a construction job where we sign based on pre-determined draws.
How far in advance should I book with you?
Maintenance clients:
If you're within a service area that we're already working in, we can usually schedule you within a week. If a rush is needed, we can set up a special visit with a rush fee.
Repair clients:
We're usually able to handle repair jobs within the week & if we're going to be on your property already, we're probably going to handle your repair job while we're on site.
Planting/New Lawn clients:
We will work out a schedule for your job based on the time of year, availability of materials, & both of our schedules.
Fertilization/Treatment clients:
We will usually work you into the next seasonal application for your turf type.
LawnCare Services
We offer weekly visits for our grounds maintenance clients. During the growth season, we'll be maintaining the turf level, string trimming, edging beds & paved areas, and cleaning up afterwards. Treatment clients will receive their fertilization, etc. during regular visits.
Off-season activities will focus on debris removal & judicious pruning of shrubs & small trees to best prepare for the next year's growing season.
New Plantings
Need help sprucing up your property? We handle plant selection, sourcing, site prep, & installation.
Shrubs & trees are guaranteed for a year following planting, too, so you can rest easy knowing that you're getting quality with your new landscape!
Mulch & Pine Straw Installation
What better way to make your property warm & welcoming than with a fresh mulch or pine straw treatment. Cover up unsightly, old, grey straw with new, red straw.
Mulching will provide better moisture retention for trees & shrubs, lowering your water bill & helping to enrich soild over time.
Cleanup Services
It's dirty work but if you want to take care of your landscape & ensure that it's not becoming a home for unwanted guests, cleanup is important. Cleanup services might include leaf removal, debris removal, etc. & are billed at our current per man-hour rate.
Weekly maintenance clients are provided normal cleanup services included as part their service at no additional charge other than their normal monthly rate.

Irrigation Repair
We understand how frustrating it is to try to get a simple irrigation repair taken care of only to be given the runaround or receive outrageous quotes. If you're in our service area, we can stop by to look at your job for no charge & will probably be able to quote & perform the repair right then.
Small irrigation repair jobs start at just $75, depending on the work required.
If you are a weekly maintenance client, you won't even be charged for minor repairs like this.
Lawn Treatments
Just like how people & pets have to eat & drink regularly, our beloved lawns & landscapes also need to be fed & occasionally treated to ensure they're as healthy as they can be. Your neighbors didn't get knockout roses or a picture-perfect yard by neglecting them, there's deliberate & carefully-planned feeding & treating required.
